I intent to use this page for personal (password protected) use in the future but for now i will use it to give you all some information about myself.

My name is Alexander Geerts but everybody calls me Alex. I was born on June 2nd 1975 in Dordrecht, the Netherlands where i still live and work today. I work at Chubb security BV as technical support engineer. They are one of the leading security installers in the Netherlands and part of the global Chubb plc. security services company which in part is an UTC group member.

First How did i get the name: Alibalex.

Well, that's a long story but to put it short i was in my early teen years (about 11 or 12) and i played a lot of soccer on the streets of Dordrecht with my friends. One of those friends was a bit older and one day he started to call me Alibalex. At first i didn't know what to think of it but after a while a started to like the name more and more. So later on i decided to keep the name as my nick.

Second, what is the hardware i use for my gaming and surfing pleasure.

I use to have a Pentium-4 2,4GHz with 512MB RDram and Geforce3 64MB VGA (later swapped it for a ATI 9800pro, 128MB i got from a mate at work). but the mainboard or CPU died on me so i had to get a new system. It took me some time but finally i have a new PC to enjoy all of the digital world even more.
